If your Electrum Dash wallet cannot complete a transaction, you may have to sweep your funds into another wallet. While there are many ways to do this, I am going to cover one example. Use caution. Exposing your private keys can open you up to stolen funds.
- From the History tab of your Electrum Dash wallet, double-click the pending transaction and select Details.
- You will see an Inputs box that lists the public keys of one or more inputs. Make note of one of the inputs. It does not matter which one.
- Close the Details window.
- From the Electrum Dash menu, select Wallet => Private keys => Export. You will be prompted for your Electrum password.
- The export window will populate with a list of public keys in the left column and private keys in the right column. Do not let anybody see this list.
- Locate the public key from step 2 above in the left column. Copy the corresponding private key from the right column.
- Open your Dash QT Core wallet (version 12.1 or later).
- From the Dash wallet menu, select Settings => Unlock wallet...
- Enter your password to unlock the wallet.
- From the Dash wallet menu, select Tools => Debug Console.
- At the bottom of the Debug Console enter:
importprivkey privatekey_from_step_6 "Import From Electrum"
- Press enter on your keyboard.
- The wallet will need to restart and should automatically rescan.
- Click the Receive tab in your Dash QT Core wallet and create a new public key by clicking the Request payment button.
- From the Send tab in your Dash QT Core wallet, use Coin Control to send funds from your imported key to your new public key that was created in step 14.
- Click the Send button and wait for a confirmation.
That's it. If you want, you can import additional keys from Electrum to the Dash QT Core wallet.
