Ten days prior to your renewal date, NODE40 will send an invoice via email. Upon receiving the email, take note of the Amount Due and the Payment Address.
You can also view your invoices by clicking your email address in the upper right corner of NODE40 and selecting Invoices.
Sending payment from your Trezor hardware wallet
You should not send payment from the same account that hosts your masternode(s). Doing so will likely break the 1,000 Dash collateral necessary to keep you masternode(s) online.
If your Trezor does not have a second account with enough Dash to send payment, you can withdraw rewards from the account containing your Dash masternode by using the Dash Masternode Tool.
Step 1. Get a new address from your Trezor.
Open your Trezor wallet. After entering your PIN, make sure you are in the Dash wallet (selected from the upper left).
Select an account from the left column that does not contain any masternodes.
Click the Receive tab and and copy the address generated by your Trezor.
Step 2. Remove Rewards from your masternode.
Open the Dash Masternode Tool.
Select the masternode that you would like to remove rewards from.
Click the Tools button and select Transfer funds from current Masternode's address... A new window will open allowing you to select any available rewards.
In the Send to address box paste in the address you copied from your Trezor in Step 1 above.
Click the Send button and confirm on your Trezor device.
The rewards should show up on your Trezor after the next block is written which typically takes ~2.5 minutes.
Step 3. Send payment from your Trezor
Go back to your Trezor wallet and send payment from the account that you just sent rewards to.
